Tehnical stuff about TimeReader
Time Reader is a device that works on the principle of measuring the consumption of air conditioners. It`s constantly connected to the power supply and continuously performs measurement of consuption of electricity consumery (air conditioner). If the measured consumption is less than 0,05A Time Reader belives that the device is not turned on. If consumption exceeds the measured amount of 0,05A then Time Reader begins with the timer and enters obtained data on the card.
Considering this techical solution, Time Reader can be set to any know air conditioners without fear of damage or disturbance in the work (testing is done on devices not older then 5 years)
Electricity Time Reader can submint is 10 A which allows to connection of air conditioner working performance up to 5 KW.
Instalation
As installation of Time reader to air conditioner is very simple and can be performed by any installer or serviceman if he previously reads the instruction for installation.
Time reader is usually mounted on the wall below air conditioner at eyes sight so that numbers at display can be easily seen.
Before you start connecting, is necessary to check whether the air conditioning is turned off the voltage from the city network.
Connecting is done so that you break the feeder cable for power supply (voltage 220V).
Phase (L) is disconnected and takes the entry terminal of Time Reader labeled UL.
Neutral (N) is connected in parallel to air conditioner and takes on the entry terminal labeled N.
Terminal of Time Reader labeled IZL. Returns to the input terminal of air conditioner.
